Seamless Operations Handover
Once price and scope are agreed upon, the estimating team transitions the project to operations. At this stage, you are introduced to supervisors and project executives, while the estimating team remains involved throughout the duration of the project to ensure complete continuity.

Drawings, Submittals & Scheduling
Our project team works closely with you to develop all necessary submittals, technical drawings, plans and schedules required to meet project demands efficiently and accurately.

Site Coordination & Safety Planning
We coordinate with all relevant contractors and stakeholders on-site to ensure work proceeds efficiently, without interference, while aligning closely with safety teams to establish a clear execution plan.

Project Closeout & Completion
We work with you to create the punch list and verify that all contract requirements have been fulfilled, ensuring the project is completed to your full satisfaction.
